Choosing a product
Review the exact game or add-on, edition, activation platform, region and any base-game requirements before ordering. A product intended for one platform may not work on another.
Your account
Keep your store account information accurate and your password private. A separate account with the activation platform may be needed to redeem a purchased key.
Orders and payment
Review the products, quantities, total, currency and available payment methods at checkout. Follow the actual order information for confirmation and the next steps. Payments, when available, are handled through the configured external payment provider.
Delivery and activation
The method and timing depend on the actual product and order. Check the instructions provided with your purchase. Do not assume that every product is delivered or activated in the same way.
Questions and issues
If a listing is unclear, ask before placing an order. For an existing order, include its number, the product and a description of the issue. Keep full activation codes, passwords and payment-card details out of support messages.
