Payment Policy
Available methods
Only payment methods actually displayed in checkout are available for an order. A logo or a product image is not a separate payment method.
Total and currency
Review the final order summary and currency before submitting a payment. Where a currency switcher is available, the displayed options depend on verified conversion rates.
Payment handling
When payment acceptance is configured, payments are handled through the relevant external provider. Use that provider’s payment flow and follow its instructions.
Payment and order state
A pending, failed or interrupted attempt is not proof that a payment succeeded. Check the actual order and payment state before trying again or asking support to examine the purchase.
Questions
For a payment or billing question, include the order number and a description of the issue. Never send payment-card details, passwords or full activation codes through a support message.
